I was worried that if I bought this, the product may arrive broken into pieces due to shipping. I emailed them to ask what if it arrived broken. They assured me that they will resend if the items are broken. So I was so pleasantly surprised that the product arrived intact in one piece. The packaging was awesome, the porcelain was held in place with custom fitted sponges. It’s no wonder they are so confident. Good job there on the packaging. Awesome!

I am told that these are all hand crafted which is such a bonus point. My Christmas gifts are all purchased from here. I hate buying gifts that are common everywhere.
